you forgot the bacon 
actually, I found nitrite free bacon (applegate farms) that tastes better than boars head.... so it's even guilt free.... except for the calorie aspect...
mmmm, blts with big fat tomatoes and a large goober of mayo on bakery bread

also add tomato to that list of fobidden foods... I've been  at the FDA for banning tomatoes for over a month, when the salmonella outbreak apparently 'peaked' a month or 2 before the ban began......
I happily munched on dozens of tomatoes the whole time.... I figured I would have gotten sick in may (before any warnings) if there really was a problem

Honestly, we worry about eating cheese and drinking Diet Soda when we live in one of the most highly polluted areas in the country where allergies and asthma run rampant in our children. Yet there hasn't been a mass exodus from the NY metropolitan area. Now THAT leaves me every friggin day when I see posts about listeria.

i havent really had cold cuts, but only because i havent been in the mood for it
i did have one ham sandwich
ive had bacon A LOT
i have one cup of coffee a day
and several hot dogs
like others have said, everything in moderation

you know what I consider to be the ultimate sacrifice? I was in germany and had no steak tartare or Mettbrötchen (pork tartare). obviously you cannot ever eat the latter in the US, becuase our pork is as trustworthy as our chicken
