Holy guacamole!
I picked up my IVF meds yesterday!!  That's some serious stuff! I almost passed out just looking at some of those needles!!!

It's A LOT. But really it's not that bad at all. I'm doing my second IVF. Retreival tomorrow and I am amazed that my "meds box" is just about empty. GL with your cycle.

Plus the boxes of meds are big...really, its a lot but you use lots of them at once...so its less than you think.
Those IM needles aren't pretty, but you'll get the hang of it. Lots of luck!

Yeah, totally overwhelming. But, they give you so many extra needles. I don't know what to do with them. After so many rounds of injectibles and 2 IVF's I have a box full of unused needles. I need to bring them to the RE office or something. Just make sure everything you need is in the box.

I remember having a panic attack.
My doctor told me get past the first shot and you can do it.
They told me to have a glass of wine or something..
I did--and then bammmmmm! then it was cake.
Progesterone shots I cheated...i love love love my EMLA creme. I am terrified of shots..it worked.

I kept the box of meds in the closet and only took out what I needed when I needed it. It's daunting looking at all the meds at once! Best of luck.

definitely take it a day at a time otherwise "the box' is overwhelming!!
There's probably extra meds in there too since I think they want to make sure you have enough
