Holiday gift for your RE?
I'm thinking about doing something for my office. After all, I've seen them at least once a week, if not more, for an entire year. The office is small, only two doctors, one nurse and one receptionist.
Too much or a nice gesture?

Re: Holiday gift for your RE?
I was just going to post this.
I think it would be a nice gesture since your office is so small.
The one I go to, i've been seen by 2 doctors and about 9 million different nurses, all equally wonderful. I might just send a card.

Last year I had brought in a tray of cookies for them ( my appointment was actually on Christmas Eve)...And then when I moved on to OB, got an Edible Arrangement for them

Re: Holiday gift for your RE?
Since I was there this morning for beta, I gave them a batch of homemade cookies I did over the weekend. I figured it was the least I could do & I knew the nurses would truly enjoy it all!!!

I had my transfer today and I brought 2 bundles of Paneras bagels with 4 tubs of cream cheese and butter... I dropped them off around 8am, but my appt was at 10, but I figured that would have been too late for breakfast, so I went earlier.

Re: Holiday gift for your RE?
Last year I baked cookies for them as I begged Dr. Rosenfeld not to retire until I have my second child. He told me as long as I bring him cookies, he wont retire.

Re: Holiday gift for your RE?
I was planning to re-gift a box of Lindt truffles that I got, but now that doesn't seem like enough.
Haven't had the time or the spirit to bake this year, otherwise i would have brought them homemade cookies.

Re: Holiday gift for your RE?
This is my 1st cycle using RE so no gift for him or his staff of 20+ people. Besides, no gift until I get a BFP. I may be covered under insurance but I am spending a lot on copays for visits and the meds!

I like the bagel idea and might copy you tomorrow morning.

no problem! It was like 40 bucks, I got 2 18 packs, with 4 tubs of cream cheese and they threw in butter packets and knives.
