Hershey Park in August...
Is it insanely crowded???
We are thinking about a trip there this August but from reading the reviews online I'm a little frightened.
I don't want to spend the trip waiting on long lines in super hot weather with cranky children.
Any info would be appreciated..Thanks!

Hershey Park in August...
I think it will be pretty crowded. We went in July last year and it was really busy. The Boardwalk area was mobbed.

Hershey Park in August...
I went once in August and it was pretty crowded. But I think most amusement parks in the summer are pretty crowded.

We went the last two years toward the end of August during the week and I didn't think it was too bad. Sme of the rides for older kids/adults were long but most of the kids stuff wasn't bad at all. I think we waited longest for the lazy river but it was doable.

I went 2 years ago in August and it was very crowded, but the bigger problem was the heat. It was insanely hot and everyone flocked to the water park. We waited for about an hour and a half just to get into the water playground thing for all of 10 minutes that they let you stay in there. It was torture. I almost passed out twice.
