Just got to watch this episode, finally!!
I cant believe no one discussed the major discrepancy!! So I'd love to hear everyone's opinion.
In an early episode, when Hiro goes into the future, he finds Issac dead with his brain missing. To verify his identity, they call Ando who is still in Japan. As he is being questioned, the explosion happens.
In Peter's vision, Hiro is with Ando on the street in plain view. How could he have been in two places at the same time? In the same vision Isaac is alive.
So who's vision is right?

I don't see this as a discrepancy.
Hiro's vision is what would have happened if they didn't save the cheerleader. They saved her. Peter's vision is of the new future. And aside
from that, I've always thought of Peter's visions as dramatizations rather than actual depictions of the future. They're always so romanticized, kwim?
ETA: That does make me think that they really can't change the future...they can change the details but they can't change the events. Just like when Hiro tried to go back in time to save the waitress and he found out she was going to die anyway..

I was happy to see that the actor who plays Hiro was nominated for a Golden Globe. As was the show itself.
