Honestly, yes. I think the pic is absolutely adorable and captures a childs' amazement with gifts/lights/etc. What about a more fun, child like font but maybe there is a way to make the letters different colors, like the bulbs of the string of lights???

ORRRR.....a simple string of colored lights along the bottom and/or top edge of the card.

I like the one with the string of lights. If you really are set on a black backgroung you could go to a fabric store and get maybe 2 or 3 yards or maybe buy a black flat sheet that way you will always have it anyway and then retake the picture. I think it will look great with a black background and maybe then add the snowflakes (I really like that)

I like the first one. I wouldn't use the ornament one for practical reasons. I tried that one for our card and when I put the text in no matter how I centered it it still ended up writing over the ornament design on the card and I'm to anal to let something like that go so I'd say skip that one. It's cute but you won't be able to write on it without it writing over the string attached to the ornament.

Or the black one.

Because the pic is black and white... alot of the other graphics don't seem to "go".

I like the first blue snowflake one.

Your photo reminds me of the 1985 Duran Duran fan club Christmas card. It had the entire band wrapped in Christmas bulbs.
