HELP I MESSED UP BAD! (CBEFM related)
So I am a huge ***... I set my monitor this month outside my normal testing window - I HAVE NO IDEA WHY - just a lapse in sanity - and now I don't know what time my test will be required AND I am starting to see my RE this month who said the monitor is sooo importnat
Outside of buying the digital ovulation tests...here is my question - can I pee in a cup and hold it until my monitor requires a stick? Would the urine sample still be good?
Please let me know!

I heard no more then 7 hours if you are testing to see if you are pg, because after 7 hrs HCG hormone starts to breakbown...not sure about LH though...can't you call your Dr.?

Re: HELP I MESSED UP BAD! (CBEFM related)
You can test 3 hours before and 3 hours after you originally set the CBEFM. So that is a 6 hour window that you have to test. Do you have any idea of the time of day you set it? I know the directions say that you have to test with FMU, but this cycle (as per my RE's instructions) I used it when I got home from work. It worked just fine after at least a 2 hour hold.
Good luck!!

Re: HELP I MESSED UP BAD! (CBEFM related)
I know when I was traveling this summer I called the CBEFM helpline to see what I do about the time change and they told me to just collect urine in a cup and then test when the monitor is ready to test.. so I think you should be okay. Here is their number if you'd like to call and confirm (800)321-3279
