Help - WWYD Vitamins

I ordered a 3 pack of Vitamins through mail order prescription about 2 months ago.

It's the same brand I have been using for a year with no issues. They usually have almost a sweet taste. I swallow them, not chew but sometimes you get a quick taste.

I just opened a new bottle and it REEKED of fish when I opened the package. I took one and it tasted totally like fish - disgusting. I now have a fish aftertaste in my mouth. YUCK! I looked and there is some brown residue on the pills. It almost looks like one of the pills 'leaked' onto the other ones.

I opened the other fresh packages and it's like that too.

The pill does say it contains fish oil but I have never noticed it before, and have been on these for a year. The bottles say they expire in 2013.

Would you continue taking these pills? Would you throw them out? They are $50 to refill so that is my hesitation.

My fingers smell so bad from touching them, I washed my hands with dish soap and even after that, my cat is smelling me!

Just got off the phone with mail order prescription - they gave me a hard time about replacing them! so rude. They are sending new pills.

Just an FYI - anyone else taking Zatean, check your pills when they arrive in case you get a bad batch like me.

My cat is in love with me now - haha!

I wouldn't be able to take them

Call the company. They'll probably send you new bottles.

Glad they are sending you another bottle. If it were me I wouldnt take them, they would probably make me vomit
