Hello. I am an old poster who is back for another try at this. It has been a long time since my last miscarriage but I am feeling confident that 2012 is our year! I am so lost at how this all works again.

I have a question. When you count DPO is it really since you had your surge on an OPK? I am thinking it is as how do you know when you really O'd, right? Today I am 10 days past when I got my first surge on the CBEFM. So is today 10DPO? When can I start testing?

PS - I am on Clomid (not sure if that matters or not).
