Hellllllllllppp why is DS waking up so darn early?
DS has been waking up at like 6:45am in them morning and sometimes earlier now. He is 19 months and has been doing this for the past 2 weeks.
I put him to bed b/t 8:30pm and 9:15pm during the week and like 10pm on the weekends.
What is going on and someone please tell me how to fix this?
I friggin hate getting up early b/c i have to get up every day during the week at 5:30am. I atleast want to sleep late on the weeknds.
ETA: DS used to get up at like 8:30 or 9:00am.

Must be something in the air! Diana just posted the same thing!!!
As I told her - I tell Cailen it's still time for sleep, and shut his door - he kvetches a bit, and then goes down for another 30 min or so....

DS is the same.... I bet it's because the sun is rising earlier......

Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child says that early wakings could be b/c of going to bed too late. I think maybe 10 is too late? Why don't you try to move it a bit earlier each night?
Although I am sure that would be hard with daylight savings time...
