early waking

My girls, almost 4 months, have been sleeping through the night 9:30-7ish. However, the past few mornings they are been walking at 5:30 or 6, are they hungry. I take them into our bed (I know-bad) put the paci in their mouth and they fall sleep in a couple of minutes. They are getting four bottles a day from 7-8ozs and the two bottles they get rice cereal (from 1/2tsp to 1tsp) Any advice-are they really hungry or are they training us?

I don't really have any advice - but I wanted to let you know that my DD has started doing the same thing. She will be 4 months next week - I was hoping that the introduction of cereal would help.

Ps - I do the bed thing too - sometimes mom just has to sleep!
