Well, I did believe in this because It was true for me both times. However, when I had my fetal echocardiagram today, I asked the perinatal cardiologist.
She said it is complete B.S.. There are so many factors that effect the rate, like sleep, gestational age etc. So I guess I have to believe her, it is her specialty!
