Healthy Eats 5/5
Ok so I definitely ate more food yesterday than I should have, dinner being BAD .... way too much mac and cheese. Trying to be better today.
Breakfast: 1 cup shredded wheat cereal, tea (and a cookie because I felt like I had a pill stuck in my throat - but the feeling is STILL there)
AM snack: granola bar
Lunch: salad I made myself - just lettuce, cucumbers, red peppers, carrots and a little shredded cheddar cheese - and a juice box
PM snack: grapes
Dinner: 1/2 of a sirloin steak (I got one large one for me and DH), brown rice and cauliflower

Breakfast: Special K bar and green ginger tea
Lunch: I let myself order in once every two weeks so I havent decided
Dinner: ground turkey tacos
Workout: half hour on AirWalker
oh and dont feel bad about yesterday - i ate two brownies and a cinnamon roll yesterday but I was depressed

This thread is not as popular as it once was. Are people sick of posting what they eat (I find it helps me stick to what I said - I feel like i let you all down if I don't, not sure why!) or are people just tired of eating healthly???

Morning - Pineapple
Bfast - 1 hard boiled egg
snack - 2tbsp peanut butter (ORGANIC)
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad lite italian dressing
Dinner - Meatloaf (1 slice) 1.5 cups stringbeans.
Gym - 40 min Elliptical - Waist excercise -ab work - Stretching = 80 minutes total.

i cheated last night too! i just couldn't control the carbs at dinner...ate WAAAAY to much rice..it was whole grain/brown rice - but still i need to start just putting a portion on my plate & putting the rest in the fridge! lol.. ANYWAYS..today:
Breakfast: 2eggwhites scrambled w/1 slice healthy ones 95%ff ham, 5strawberries
Lunch: Tuna over lettuce & tomato, ww 1pt. cheese stick, & watermelon
Dinner: Turkey Keilbasa, greenbeans/carrots, and a salad

I love this thread I check it every morning to make sure I stuck with it the day before and for hte most part I DO!
and sometimes when I want to cheat, I stop myself because I dont want to post about it! LOL

i really like it! i check it everyday & try to get new ideas so i'm not eating the same old thing everyday i just think a lot of girls are still on liw (lol) ...we could start posting it over on NFR... ???

Ok, I think I need to have a 50 cal rice cake soon. I am STARVING. The salad was not enough for me for lunch. I wanted to make a grilled chicken breast for it but didn't remember last night, and there was no way I was cooking chicken at 7:30AM this morning.
Tomorrow I think I'll make a chicken wrap for lunch ... only I have no CHEESE for it ... UGH. I do not use dressing - cheese is my flavor factor ...

doing well!
Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Subway, ham and turkey breast on whole grain Dinner: probably a smart ones..My dh is working late and I don't feel like cooking!!
Snacks: Baked lays BBQ, crackers
Exercise: 45 cardio, 30 stregth (focus is arms and legs)

breakfast: instant oatmeal, coffee 2tsp sugar
lunch: leftover homemade curry chicken with a few tablespoons brown rice and a fat free yogurt
snack: orange
snack before dinner: small handful of cheese nips and tiny piece of chocolate
dinner: 2 eggs and a roll with butter (not so great i know)
dessert: having a MAJOR chocolate attack...ALMOST had oreos and milk but instead made a chocolate raspberry tea(celestial seasons), 8 small strawberries, and a 90 cal. pack of chocolate quaker mini rice cakes
oh almost forgot: at work i did weights for my uppers...only 3 exercises though when i had time i did biceps, pecs, and shoulders
