Healthy Eats 4/17

It's FRIDAAAYY!!! we should all congratulate ourselves for being so good all week Chat Icon

BUUUT - lets keep going!

Breakfast: cup of green tea, 2eggwhites w/95% ff turkey, a small bowl of fruit

Lunch: Yogurt, fruit, granola

Dinner: Big salad w/marinated grilled chicken Chat Icon

LOTS of water! Chat Icon

and btw - i cut out the snacks today because i decided that tonight i'm treating myself to some dark chocolate & red wine Chat Icon i'm rewarding myself for being so good all week! SOOO looking forward to it! LOL!

Breakfast: Oatmeal bar and green ginger tea

Lunch: Whole wheat bagel, scooped out with about a tbsp of FF cream cheese.

Afternoon Snacks: 90 calorie granola bar and 2% string cheese

Dinner: Probably going out or ordering in, hopefully I will pick something healthy!

Breakfast- green tea & special K cinnamon pecan cereal

snack- watermelon

lunch- lean cuisine mediterraen chicken & a salad

snack- ww bar, banana

dinner- we're going to piccola tonight- I am afraid to even guess how bad that will be!

Breakfast: Tea with 1 1/2 sugars!! and a small bowl of cheerios with 2% milk


Lunch: light and fit yogurt (60 or 80 cals not sure) and some goldfish pretzels to dip into it Chat Icon


Dinner: not sure, probably order in or go out. We have nothing in the house have to go food shopping.

breakfast - weight control banana bread oatmeal W 1 Tbs flax seed, hard boiled egg coffee with 2 TBS ff milk and slpenda

Lunch- veggie tuna w 1 TBS ff mayo 10 melba rounds and 1 cup grapes

Dinner - greek salad no dressing w lamb (giving half the lamb to DH)

Snacks unsure of right now

Breakfast: Coffee w/ skim milk, yoplait light thick & creamy cinnamon roll yogurt

Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Not sure yet, possibly grilled mahi mahi again

Snack: apple crisps, sugar free pudding

Lunch - Salad with ff dressing

Snacks: Apple, steamed veggies

Dinner: chicken and artichoke

Workout - weight lifting

ALSO I AM GOING TO TRY REALLY HARD NOT TO EAT ANY SWEETS TODAY! I EAT GOOD EVERY DAY AND THEN RUIN IT WITH CHOCOLATE AND SUGAR! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Breakfast: 1 cup golden grahams cereal, 3 strawberries cut up on top, and a cup of tea (with too much sugar, oops)

Snack: some carrots

Lunch: WW meal (not sure what yet)

Snack: baked pita chips and red pepper hummus

Dinner: not sure yet ... maybe chinese food? if so i plan on getting chicken with broccoli.

I did very well today!
Breakfast: oatmeal (I know I eat this every day ! lol and I'm obsessed) and a pear
Lunch: turkey on whole wheat with honey mustard.
Dinner: Turkey burgers (most likely)
snacks: light and fit yogurt, chex mix honey nut

1 Small Banana with peanut butter - Organic

1 cup oatmeal

Turkey & Amercian cheese in a whole grain wrap

Carrotts & celery

Turkey burger & baked potato.
