Healthy Eats 5/18
i was SOOOO bad over the weekend girls! but i feel so gross so i'm back on track today lol...
breakfast: 1cup cheerios w/ff milk, a few strawberries, and coffee
Lunch: Salad topped w/tuna
snack: apple (maybe w/some pb if i'm really hungry)
Dinner: i want to make turkey meatballs, but looking for a fun recipe..i want something different - not just meatballs w/sauce..we'll see - if anyone has something good let me know! otherwise if i make something good i'll be sure to share

Breakfast - cup of special k vanilla almond cereal with 1% milk, tea
am snack - i'm not hungry yet so I may not have one, but if i need - i'll have a 50 calorie caramel rice cake
lunch - wendy's with a friend ... I am going to try to get a salad but most likely I will get a jr bacon cheeseburger with small fries, kid size drink.
pm snack - orange and maybe an apple too if I am hungry enough
dinner - we have 2 brats in the fridge that must be eaten before we go away this weekend, so probably that, leftover cous-cous and some veggies.
Not great, but not horrible right??? I know this weekend when we go camping i will be eating horribly so part of me wants to eat really good and the other part says F it until June 1

Breakfast: 90 cal granola bar and green ginger tea, no sweetener
Lunch: 2 slices of light whole wheat bread and 1 tbsp of reduced fat peanut butter
Snacks: 100 calorie cookie pack and a pear.
Dinner: Chicken marinated in light Italian dressing made on the BBQ or griddler with couscous.
Workout: half hour on Airwalker, 100 crunches, 10 push ups and stretches.

You should try Rachel Ray's recipe for Turkey Florentine Meatball Heroes. They are so good! I also make this with whole wheat pasta instead of on a hero roll. You can do a recipe search on her website.

dinner- we're going to mexican for dh's birthday- I am gonna get grilled chicken though
