he was hired as a gun for the summer but wants to be an intern..our intern program is extensive and people get recruited from colleges and they do trainings, socials..etc.. he missed the boat on that but is just here for the summer. Making a ton of money for no experience.
He wants a blackberry. He also thinks he should talk to HR directly about making an exception for him so he can participate. The intern program is underway and bugeted. Who does he think he is?
Kids...he's the same age as my oldest nephew who also thinks he knows everything

You think he is going to answer an email from work after hours, that is for play time, 24/7::::

I have a bunch of these as full time union employees who think the truck is thiers and the phone is for calling the wife and bookie.
Who think that the company equipment is for making side money and if it breaks just take it back to the job site and say you forgot to report the breakdown on Friday..
Then a sales staff who cannot manage to fill out my expense report; there are 5 or 6 old expense reports with wrong GL and cost codes, I make a new, easy to use expense report in excel that does all of the math for you. Every week I get 35-40 reports, 65-70% are old reports, I tell managemant that am not going to accept the form anymore, but they approve and send the form to me I call and *****, they say ok next week.

he's getting paid a ton of money to do little else but a few data mining projects.
Ton of money..stuff I could do even without a degree in economics.
There are other stories too...
