Happy One Year Sarge!
One year ago today, Sarge, our english bully, came to live with us as a "foster"... well, we flunked "Foster 101" and he has been our dog since the first moment we picked him up at our Bulldog Rescue.
He came to us at 42 pounds -- when he should have been 55 pounds -- and was sick everyday. He couldn't hold his food down and was such a poor doggie. Through many tests we were able to diagnose his "problem" and just like a member of the family, he finally gained weight!  He is a good boy and I am lucky to have him as my best friend. I don't know what the 3 years before us were like, but I know the last year has been filled with lots of walks, fun times and a lot of snoring! LOL.
Here's to you Sarge!!!! I promise a big steak when I get home tonight!!!!!
