Happy Anniversary to me
It's been one year since I had gastric bypass surgery. I am still amazed at how very different my life is just twelve short months later..
For those who may be on the fence over the decision, it's a personal one but it's the single best decision I've made for my own life. I went from 262 to 137 in one year. No amount of dieting, etc. would ever have achieved such a goal for me.
