Grrr....
My dh was just in an accident. He was going to work when some young girl in a Hyndai smacked into the back of his Lexus. She wasn't watching and they were in heavy traffic.
My dh is fine and his car is not *that* bad but he said her car was SOO badly damaged in the front you could see her engine from the hood being bent up.
She already called her insurance company and claimed full responsibility.
Why can people watch where they're going????

it happened to my DH is MY suv a few weeks ago- but the guy stopped in the middle of the Northern State on purpose
his car was a rainbow of paint colors from other accidents
no damge to either car- but he wanted to call the police anyway
I reported him to AllState for insurace fraud- and they are investigating him now!

The same exact thing happened to my DH on Friday on NSP. 76 yr old man drove right into him. I'm glad to hear your DH is okay. How fast was the other car going when she hit him? I'm only asking because my husband's back started hurting the next day. Maybe your DH should get checked out just to be sure.

Oh no, I'm so sorry but glad they're both ok!! 
I know how it feels, I was rear-ended last year. Tell him to rest and take some Tylenol, he'll prob be sore tomorrow.

Stef, I'm so happy that Rob is ok and there wasn't too much damage to the car. Tell Rob that he might want to get checked out by the dr anyway. Remember my mom's accident? Same thing, rear-ended when she was at a dead stop and she was getting physical therapy for months after the accident. Same thing with Nick. Do not hesitate to get that checked out and worked on if he needs it.

Hopefully she wasn't going too fast. The guy that his my husband was going 25 mph and his car got totaled. It's amazing how much people do NOT watch where they're going. I hope your DH is injury free and I'm glad the other person's insurance is picking it up.
