as usual, i googled it and found conflicting reports... some say it increases EWCM and others say that it conflicts with Folic Acid which is very important
idk... id try drinking it till Ovulation than stopping... thats what i do with Raspberry Tea Leaf because of conflicting reports as well

one cup a day is ok.. it has no caffiene which is great.. it helps with ttc with cm and stuff, so i was drinking it before O..

I drink 1 cup a day 5-6 days a week. I switched from coffee a few months ago because i find it gives me more energy. I looked it up and the brand I drink (Bigelow) has like 1/4 or 1/2 the amoutn of caffiene as coffee. I guess in this case, with all the conflicting research, moderation is the answer. I just wanted to hear that i didnt have to give it up.

All of the studies I found, were based on drinking 6+ cups a day.
I drank a cup a day and it was fine.
