I'm going to attempt temping and opks this month. Just bought the cheapie opk's on amazon and have a thermometer at home. Any suggestions on how to make this work?

Do you have a reg thermometer or a basal one. You need the basal one.
Then you need to temp at the same time every day and this is before you get out of bed (for any reason)
The point is that you track your resting temp.

I have a regular thermometer, but I will pick up a basal. If they read to the same decimal point why is it supposed to be more accurate?
