+ OPK #2 this month - UPDATE #2

hoping this one sticks and i actually O!!

at least my body is trying!! also its CD16 which seems a little more normal to O then my first +OPK on CD10 .. also although no EWCM yet CM does seem to be following a fertile pattern.....

*UPDATE 8/10 noonish*


still looks like from temping that i didnt O... temp was sub 97 again this morning... i was soo hopeful. so many signs including O-ish cramping. i really thought it happened.

anwyay made a doctor appt for saturday. it was so aggrevating cause i called my current doc and waited on hold for 15 minutes before i got hung up on. SO aggrevated. so i called a new doc that i was going to try and they had no availability until the end of the month. so i called my old original doc that has a location nearish to where i live even though the original office i used to go to is closer to my moms house...anyway was able to get an appt for saturday so im content with that.

Ok now im just like MEGA ...

of course cause im a POAS addict i had to take another OPK today.... and i got a ridiculously dark line... i had 2 positives on fri and sat, yesterday was negative but close, and today is like MEGA positive. i say mega because its so dark and i took it after going to the gym and drinking a big bottle of water even though you arent supposed to drink right before... plus i def felt more O pains today.... if i dont O today i think i have enough LH flow to provide for a small clinic........

so the saga continues....

You and I are on the same pattern!! I got a +OPK yesterday morning, -OPK at night and O pains and +OPK this morning. I think we're both a go!!

FYI, I saw this online about getting more than one + OPK during a cycle. I hope this is it for you!!!

Multiple positive OPKs or Positive OPK several days before Ovulation

Luteinizing Hormone (LH), which is detected by Ovulation Prediction Kits, may be elevated even when you are not immediately approaching ovulation. This can cause you to see multiple positive OPKs. When this happens, you will probably ovulate just after the last positive OPK if you continue to use the kit, though this may occur in anovulatory cycles as well. Nonetheless, you should treat any positive OPK reading as meaning that you may be about to ovulate.

Some fertility medications may interfere with OPK results. Check with your doctor and/or the OPK manufacturer if you are taking fertility medications and observe unusual OPK results.

Honestly, tonight's (CD19 pic) OPK DEFINITELY looks like a positive - like NO mistaking it!!! Maybe it's the type of test you're using that's more sensitive to LH so it has been showing positive even though you haven't REALLY gotten the O'ing surge.

I would get to BDing like crazy! Today, tomorrow, and Wednesday!!!!! Good luck! You are SO not out!
