Ginger Ale
Is ginger Ale ok to drink on a regular basis??
Im a soda drinker and im trying to find something that's not as bad as a diet pepsi...
I do drink ALOT of water everyday but I do like 1-2 glasses of soda a day too...

i actually nurse a bottle a day due to MS
I just make sure i drink plenty of water in between to flush it out

its fine. Also, Dr. Brown's sodas are caffeine free, so if that is a concern you are good. I would also try all the new sparkling waters that are flavored. They are great and fill the craving

I drank regular caffeinated Coke every day because it's the only thing I could tolerate (though i tried to limit it to 1 a day) -- with this pregnancy and DS#1. DS #1 is a very healthy thriving 3 year old boy. This DS is developing normally as well.  If that helps!
