Plain Bread & Ginger Ale - My Savior!
I just nibbled on good old PLAIN bread and drank ginger ale and I feel great.
No nausea - at least for the time being.

I usually eat very healthy. Since MS started I found that what ever goes down, I was going to eat. I never eat bagels, but I can't tell you how many I have eaten in the last few weeks. Carbs are my best friend.

bread, saltines, bagles, english muffins and ginger ale was my diet for 4 months. It's all I could keep down.

Word of advice- don't spend the extra money on the special "Oh Mamma Gingerale" that advertises it will help with morning sickness and costs about $2 a can- its a rip off! It tastes like crappola and didn't make a difference! Good Ole gingerale will do
Glad to hear you're holding it down!
