Re: Gift Receipts
Toys R Us will NOT take ANYTHING back without a receipt anymore. I found this out the hard way after Christmas. I had a duplicate gift and they were VERY adamant that I needed a receipt in order to return it. When I said there was no way I could get one, and asked what I was supposed to do with a toy my son already had, the woman at customer service told me to "try Ebay". I can't stand that store now.

Re: Gift Receipts
I HATE when I dont receive gift receipts!! My way of dealing with it is that I always include them with the gifts I buy and I pray that people start to do the same

Re: Gift Receipts
I always try to give gift receipts. Even for on-line gifts - you just have to click off the "Yes this is a gift" section and they print the packing slip without prices.
The big deal about returning something without a receipt is that they will then give you the lowest sale price for that item. So if you bought it at $50, but it's been on sale for $10, you only get the $10.
