What are the herbs you ordered? What do those do?
There are 4 herbs, I can give you the exact names if you want that are boiled with distilled water and then cooled and they soak pads with the mixture and freeze them. It suppose to help with post-partum healing of the vagina and be soothing!
Could you please give us the names? I remember how uncomfy I was the last time- I would love to have this prepped and ready to go this time.
Congrats on being so close and organized! I have done nothing with a month to go
