Getting away from processed foods
How do you do it? I swear, it seems like everything I eat not that it's terrible, is not super great for me.
I just don't think I have the will power to just eat all fruits, veggies, rice stuff like that.

Re: Getting away from processed foods
Work on one meal a week. Just say for breakfast I am not eating processed foods this week. Next week, add lunch, snacks, dinner, etc. This way it is a process rather than a jolt to your system.

Re: Getting away from processed foods
Thanks!! I don't really eat that bad, but I just think----do I really need that bagel with cream cheese every morning? And coffee?
It's more of a bad habit then anything.
I try to make us good meals at night and bring those to work for lunch as leftovers.
It is easier in summer though at least with fresh produce and a garden.

I agree. I definetely think the summer is so much easier to eat healty. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies. And you can BBQ things like marinated chicken which is healthy. Plus summer is good for making all kinds of salads.
