All this talk of processed foods
I want to try more "cooking from scratch" with fresh prodice, etc
anyone have any easy recipies for me to try - we eat alot of chicken

chicken patties
1.3 lb ground chicken
1 egg
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (roughly)
9 oz button mushrooms
1/2 a med green pepper
salt
olive oil for frying
add mushrooms and pepper to a food processor and puree. Transfer to a bowl. stir in egg. Stir in chicken and bread crumbs. Add about 1t salt. Make patties and fry
super yummy... great with a baked potato with broccoli
