Games of Throne (spoilers)
OMG!!! I just can't believe what just happened. Totally not expected. How did all this just happen? I for sure wont be able to sleep just thinking about this episode.

I literally let out such a gasp that my husband came downstairs to see what was wrong lol. I can not believe it and kudos to those who read the books not to let that slip. Total game changer. Crazy!!

My husband won't read the books, but I've read them all. I am so excited that I don't have to hold this in now!!!
Now if they would get on with the rest of the book, it would make my life a lot easier!

I am in complete shock right now. I agree, so shocked I won't be able to sleep. IM watching it and thinking there is no way this is happening.
My DH read the books and didn't say a word to me. I'm wondering what's next week going to be about.

I actually want to throw up, not even so much for the gore of it but howwwwww sad!!!! Now I feel bad that I thought robs wife was shady. And I thought the mom grabbed a daughter not a wife. Awful. Just awful. I hope at some point there is some revenge in this plot (if you read the books,

No....there's a TON more that happens that will leave you in shock like tonight! This is the best book of the series (in my opinion). So much action!! So many game changers!!
The book is split into 2 seasons though....so anyone who read the books needs to hold it in until next year!

After seeing this episode, I really hope Roose Bolton and the Freys gets their due! What a bunch of scum!
All this just because Robb Stark didn't uphold his end of the deal to marry a Frey girl?
Sorry, I am just getting ticked off at what this poor Stark family has to go through. And poor Arya! Too cruel!
It would be interesting to see whatever happen to Edmure too... The series is diverging abit from the books.

I read the books and I knew what was coming but I'm still in shock! It was done very well, very dramatic. I have such a feeling of dread! :(

What did catelyn stark see on that guys wrist that tipped her off, though?

The first thing that tipped her off was they started playing The Rains of Castamere, which is a Lannister song. Then I guess the look on his face told her all she needed to know.

Ok I am so happy to see this thread right now...
Poor poor Arya she was so close to going back to her mom and it was like she almost knew that something would go wrong. It was too good to be true. And that last scream that her mom gave out when they finally killed Rob was just heart wrenching. I wonder if they knew that Robs wife was preggers and thats why they went for her stomach first. The whole scene was just so crazy that at first I though it was all just a dream or something. I wonder what the Hound will do with Arya now...I dont think he will kill her. Maybe she will change him and he will help her to get revenge?
What they hell is up with Jon Snow leaving his chick? I thought he would swing around to pick her up but he just left.
Deanarys is getting closer...I cant wait to see what happend when she releases her dragons next week. and I also cant wait for her to band whats his name...but Im sure there wont be any time for that next week and Ill just have to wait till next year.

I hope you don't mind a big post because there's a lot I want to comment on and answer 
YES it has been very hard not to let this slip!! This is what they call the "Red Wedding" for obvious reasons and it's been one of those holy sh!t moments like Ned Stark in season 1. This is what I was referring to last week when I said "what I love about this series is that it keeps you guessing and you never know what is going to happen, no one is safe"  Little nod to the book readers, knowing what was coming.
So I already knew what happened but what they did to Robb's wife was completely shocking to me. Remember Lord Frey said "I know what is going on under women's clothes", so I'm going to assume they knew she was pregnant and that's why they went for her first.
MrsYank, I think in the Frey family that a daughter and a wife are one in the same. An ugly, inbred lot they are.
Ayne, the direwolf got it too because they all have their special connections to their Starks. What do you think Ghost would have done if they had let him out? That killed me too, that Arya could see him die under the door of the stall.
Yes, Catelyn saw that Bolton was wearing chain mail under his clothing. What reason would he have for that at a wedding? There was a lot of foreshadowing. They said something about red wine, someone mentioned how the band was really good, the looks on Edmure's bride's face that you took a nervousness but was more about her knowing what was going to happen...
About Jon Snow and Ygritte... I knew people would be upset at that! But last show and this one, the divide between them was growing because she was not showing any compassion for the people they were faced with killing. Her face was really saddening when he rode away.

Who are now the heirs to Winterfell? Ned, Robb, Catelyn are gone. Everyone thinks Bran and Rickon are dead. Jon is a *******, betrothed to The Wall.
That leaves Arya and Sansa. Who is now married to Tyrion.

My DH read the books (I only read book 1 so far) and he warned me that no one is safe. I was still in shock last night! I gotta get started on book 2 and catch up before next season so I'm better prepared for episodes like that!

DH and my reaction was just . So many main characters are gone!!
The silent end credits were perfect. They matched the silence in our living room.
Poor Arya. What's the deal with the hound? He seems to be taking care of her, but I wonder what he'll do now. I don't trust him, but I don't hate him. He is yet another character I'm very conflicted on.
I know everyone keeps saying that none of the main characters are safe, and that makes it very interesting and all, but it seems like it's mainly just the Starks that this applies to. Kill off Tywin or Joffrey already!!!
