funny the dumb things i notice now
We were watching a movie last night (I won't reveal the title so as not to give away spoilers) but in it a woman reveals that she's pregnant. Clearly it's VERY early on since her & her husband haven't told anybody yet and she is the skinniest little thing - absolutely NO belly. My estimate would be that she's no further along than maybe 8 weeks. OK - so there's this scene where they're leaving their house in a hurry but she stops in her baby's room to say goodbye to it. It's already painted with wall paper and a crib, etc, etc. Now, even though it's supposed to be an emotional scene or whatever, being that I am pregnant I was like "What the heck! Who has a baby room all set up that early into pregnancy??" It was just a side note in the movie, nothing anybody normal would probably think about (and no, there was no older children or a story of a previous m/c - nothing like that to explain the room other than the new baby). I think it's really funny that something like that just bugged me. lol. Dh was like "Wow, you pay way too much attention"
Do you guys find now being pregnant you notice more nonsense in movies that don't make sense? I've been annoyed by other ones too on tv... stuff I never would have thought about beforehand.

YES! I absolutely notice that!! I find there are so many pregnancy/ttc/infertility related scenes that are portrayed SO inaccurately!! It drives me nuts too!!  
ETA: Thought I'd add one in particular that comes to mind.. A Smile Like Yours (more about ttc/infertility)

totally I feel like I had a moment like that the other day when I was like "no way that could happen like that" of course with the preggo brain I can't remember what it is !

Sure. I saw one of the Revenge of the Nerds movies the other day, and at the end, a character goes into labor at a wedding. She has maybe one contraction and starts pushing. Um, I'm not an expert, but I don't think that's quite how it works!!
