 place for baby shower
Hi ladies. My mom and sis are throwing me a baby shower. thwy would like to have it at a resterant rather than someones house. preferable on south shore or near there. they want to keep costs down. no where too pricey. maybe $15/person, in that range? any ideas? thanks! Dawn

 Re: place for baby shower
South shore Suffolk or Nassau?
There are a few good places...
Nassau Peppercorn's The Main Maid Inn Singleton's La Parma is Oceanside (family style, really good, private room upstairs)
Not sure about Suffolk, but there is Milk and Sugar in Bayshore
Not sure how many of these are $15 or so, but you can always call! I think Singleton's (in Bethpage) may be within that range, but I'm not sure if you wanted Nassau or Suffolk.

 Re: place for baby shower
My bridal and baby showers were at Peppercorn's and we had Sarah's christening at Hemingways. Not sure what my mom & MIL paid for the showers, but Hemingway's had a few different packages and I think there was one around $20 (before tax and tip)
I'd also look at KofC halls. The one in Seaford (I think it's Seaford Memorarie) is really nice and wasn't very expensive.
