I usually sleep with sweatshirts and sweatpant and socks, brcause I am always freezing. If I wear something cute/sexy I always bring the sweatshirt with me to put on later when I get cold.

Lately, TMI, just my undies. I get so hot from hormones I just need my undies. I barely even use the blanket.
Under normail circumstances, a soft, cotten nightie shirt or a satin one.
