Don't wear underwear to bed...
I heard this on Tyra yesterday.
You should go commando to bed and wear a bra to bed to prevent sagging!
Also, dry your underwear don't hang them to dry. They must go in the dryer and kill bacteria

however, you can wear a bra until Kingdom come, but if your weight fluctuates significantly, the best bra in the world won't help the girls.

I usually dont wear either. Wearing no underwear definitely helps it breathe. I dont have much up top anyway.

And only since I've gotten pregnant have I worn a bra to bed, but I think I'll continue going forward.

I didn't see the show, but I learned that you shoud go commando at bedtime because that area needs to "breathe". If you wear panties, it will lock in moisture and could lead to infections.
Of course, when Aunt Flo is in town, then I suggest you wear them!

my uncle is an obgyn, he told my mom long time ago about going commando... she eventually told me... although i don't always do it.
i heard about the bra part of the equation a long time ago.. halley berry (sp) said it on oprah... her mom taught her that.

I can't sleep with a bra on - too uncomfortable. At my size, I'm not worried about sagging either.
But I always sleep commando, with the usual exceptions.

Uggh, bras are so uncomfy to begin with, I can't imagine trying to sleep in one! And I can't sleep with no underwear. I tried, I just need to have it on.

they said thongs are bad- you should only wear butterfly thongs... I dont like those though
ETA: they made mention that if you feel like you have to wear undies to bed, atleast try something airy- like boxers something loose-

I do that anyway, but that's the opposite of what most manufacturers tell you. It definley wers ot the elastic on them.
