i'm telling you..i just added a FEW, like 3 or 4 LITTLE ones to an entire batch (full blender) of sofrito - and WOW my mouth is on fire whenever i cook something with it!! 
(of course DH says it's more like a slight tingle!!!  )

Sofrito is like a blend of seasonings and spices with some tomato paste or (what's the green one made of??) that you use to cook in rice, chicken, beans, etc.
They sell at least 2 kinds - the red one and the green one. Goya makes them. But most Spanish people make their own. Some people make a ton on Sunday and use it for the week.
Some of the stuff that goes into it (at my house anyway):
tomato paste
garlic
onion
adobo
salt
pepper
oregano
cilantro

I had my root canal finished today. It just has a HUGE filling in it right now, and he told me to wait a while on the crown.
Never had one of those before, and believe me - I never want another.

its not supposed to hurt Now i hope he got the whole root 
i just finished getting 4 done, and one of them was a little sensitive, so my dentist did another xray just to double check- it was the gums that were sore though. If its still causing you paing in a few days-- make him check it again!!

Small secret here...hehe, my training with JT DID work! And he had off today and cleaned the house from top to bottom! Now if we can only get him to respect a little better, then his training would be complete!
