Re: Fresh Beat Band Tickets - Holy Moly!
Keeping mine. If everyone wants them, then I was smart (and lucky) to buy them so quickly, for their normal price. If it's something so many want, I am just glad we are getting to go, and surely it's going to be an experience I would never give up for my dd, for any amt.

Re: Fresh Beat Band Tickets - Holy Moly!
its insane. part of me was sad at first that we didnt buy them, but DS is not even 2.5 yet..short of buying seats in the first few rows, i think it would be hard for him to enjoy it.
parents will do crazy things though for their kids..

Re: Fresh Beat Band Tickets - Holy Moly!
Kids are 2 and 5 and both very excited to go so I dont want to sell, however DH reminded me that instead of a ONE hour concert (that is all it is) we could go to Disney for a week!

We have tickets from presale and we are still going. I don't feel like messing with selling them and my kids are looking forward to it.

Give me a break
Any parent that spends that much $ to take their kid to a one hour concert where the songs they will be performing will be the SAME ones they see everyday a million times a day on tv is a moron.

That or you would have to be wealthy enough that the money literally is nothing to you.
We got tix for another location for like $25 each and are spending the night/ doing another activity.

We have three tix. Jordan's will be 27 months at the concert, he won't know any better Actually, I think DH and I are more excited than anything
Maybe I should put on Craigslist and see if the interest is out there!

How about putting that money into a college fund for the child's future?
I love the values in this country!

Re: Fresh Beat Band Tickets - Holy Moly!
I could kick myself. I purchased (2) sets of 3 tickets each for this concert the day they went on sale (found better seats the 2nd time) and had them refund my first purchase. I could have made a fortune! Though honestly, I don’t think I could sell for such a profit, I would feel incredibly guilty/bad... my conscience would probably prevent me from selling above the purchase price. I need to toughen up

Why feel guilty? I can understand feeling guilt about scooping up a huge quantity of tickets right when they went on sale-- for the sole purpose of reselling later on. But you thought you were going to use those tickets, to me there's nothing wrong with making a profit. Any price is a fair price is someone is willing to pay it
