They are moving pretty fast!!! That's great. From 8/25 - 8/30 they have gotten a ton done!!
Did they do a stick build roof? Or did they use trusses?
We are going through this too and we go to visit the site every two weeks (OOT). I talk to the builder every day. It's kind of weird since he is now in my speed dial.

yes, its on a cul-de-sac and I would say its quiet since we are the first ones to build in there so far..right now a bunch of bunnies and a few deer are going to be our neighbors for a while
