For those whose child had milk allergy- milk transition at 1?
After having a reaction to dairy, hives and face swelling, my sons bloodwork has come back as a high level milk allergy. He is almost one and we were going to start the transition to milk soon. What kind of milk did you end up using instead of cows milk? The allergist said soy milk but I wasn't sure what most people use. Thanks!

We transitioned to soy milk and then eventually regular milk.

My DS is 17 months old and we found out by having him tested a few months ago, due to him breaking out in hives just from touching yogurt, that he is allergic to cow milk, goat milk, soy, peanuts and almonds. He now drinks coconut milk and loves it. I buy it at trader joes. It is dairy free, soy free, nut free and organic
