Milk allergy moms - when did you transition off formula and to what?
My ped said to keep DD on the Nutrimagen or Next Step Soy until her 15 month appointment.
Seems late. When did you transition off formula and too what? Rice milk? Soy? Next Step? etc.

Christopher actually made a good transition to milk...we did it real slow with him. I added an ounce of milk each week, till we were down to all milk.

We transitioned at 11 months to soy milk. I don't think there's a need for formula after a year if they can tolerate soy milk. I would avoid rice milk unless absolutely necessary. It has the least in terms of nutritional value and is very binding.

At 12 months we transitioned from Isomil soy formula to soy milk.

Hannah's RAST test shows she's still allergic to milk, so I can't do this.
I'll try SOY milk once I run out of formula.
