For those of you who use Rainbow Light pre natals
My dr. gave me a prescription for Prima Care Pre Natals. They are $20 a month and we arent even starting ttc until the summer (he wants me on for 6 months before). Plus they are ginormous and I have a really bad gag reflex.
My question is, if I take the 3 month supply that I already bought, can I change to the Rainbow Light after that without any side effects, and are they HUGE as well or decent size.
Lastly, do prescription and otc ones have the same stuff in it?
TIA

I think they are probably mostly the same.
The Rainbow Lights aren't small by any means... but I break them in half which makes them pretty manageable (I've gotten used to them!)

the rainbow light ones are big, but i can take them w/o breaking them. My other multi vitamins were large too so i guess im used to it.
Im sure you can switch w/o doing any damage. i think they basically all have the same stuff!
