Not sure who has them the cheapeast but you can order them from their website and they should start popping up in stores as the weather gets warmer.
They carry them at several boutiques. Scoop, Theory, Roosevelt Field Mall has them in some of their stores and the city is full of them in the SOHO area.

i got my havaianas at urban outfitters in roosevelt field buy one get one free or 50% off or something..check their website as well..century 21 had them, too, at one point...

Reefs are SUPER comfortable and the havainas are nice too. I just got the j.crews which seem pretty comfy.

I have JCrew flip flops I love. My mom has a pair of Ann Taylor ones that she loves and she HATES flip flops (she wanted a pair for getting a pedicure).
The key is that the part between the toes needs to be ribbon and not plastic.

I have about 7 pairs from J. crew that I love. But after their latest stunt in not offering them to me at the sale price that was their mistake, they lost me as a customer. I'm going to go with Havainas.
