The spigot side?
Have the opening point downward, loosen the simple turn and open side, hold a cup underneath the spigot and push the button.
This way you don't have to lift the whole bottle.

Thats the side you are supposed to use.
The other side is just to vent it to make it easier for the spigot to flow,
You are supposed to keep it on its side and just press the button and dispense into the cap.

I didn’t bring my lunch today and I don’t know what to eat.
I pack my lunch 95% of the time and the other 5% is always like this: I never know what to get.
And I’m in midtown so I can get ANYTHING. But I don’t want any of it.

My uncle gave us a water slide for my dd’s Bday party. It’s massive, I wanted a smaller one. My dd hasn’t been inside in 4 hrs.
