First world problems

Haven’t had this in bit.

Woke up super hungover from the game last night and went to get myself some food (I like leftovers for breakfast) from the fridge. BF ate it! So now I either have to cook something or just pick up a pretzel on the way to work. I think the latter.

I need a new cleaning lady and I'm too lazy to attempt to find one.

I need a new sofa for the living room and I don't even know where to start.

Me too! I was just in my co-worker's office complaining I didn't feel like making the calls. LOL

Also, I have been using this energy booster stuff, Thrive, and I'm pissed I don't have time to go to the gym in the morning to work out some of my new found energy.

Trying to find an inexpensive vacay this year since we're tapped out from re-doing 75% of our house.

This is me, but with a bed. We need a new bed and new mattress and I have no idea where to start.

Our beloved Mister Softee truck driver retired at the end of last summer season and no one has picked up his route. We have a guy that comes around in a busted truck, with a half broken bell, who whips through the neighborhood going like 50mph with crappy choices. Ugh. I miss my vanilla soft serve cone with rainbow sprinkles (and maybe even more so, the convenience of just having to walk out onto my lawn to get it!)

I’m 8 months pregnant and having a serious craving for Chick-fil-a, however the drive through and parking lot is a nightmare. But yet I’ll still wait in line for my waffle fries lol

don't know where you live, but I just got new furniture from Stanley's in Patchogue and the whole experience was great. The salesperson I dealt with could not have been nicer. I can't remember his name, but if you decide to go there let me know and I'll find his card.

Also, I shopped at so many places for a mattress and wound up getting it at PC Richard. Again, great service all around

Re: First world problems

I went to loft to buy a pair of shorts, found the perfect pair, but not in the size and color I want....now I have to drive out of my way to get them at another store because I want them to wear on Sunday. So annoying.

Patchogue is doable. On 112? Also, did you coordinate your bed delivery with your mattress delivery? I know this sounds stupid but this is literally the first time I'm purchasing both at the same time!

That's why it's great if you can get a mattress from the same place you get your bed.
If not, you would want to get your bed delivery date then let the mattress store know you don't want delivery before that date.

Stanley's is on Main St in Patchogue.

I only ordered the mattress and box srping from PC Richard - but I wasn't ready to take delivery when I ordered it. They "held it" until I was ready (about 2 months). I called about 1 week before I wanted delivery to schedule it. I had ordered a bed frame from Overstock and had it set up and ready on the day the mattress was delivered. I ordered a headboard from Houzz, which I got a few weeks later

I’m going to add to this to bump it up.

The local beer garden is having a special and serving its fish on a stick and, also, pork belly tomorrow. I can’t go :(.
