first U/S tomorrow **UPDATE
I am nervous and anxious  I should be right around 7 weeks so I am hoping to see that magical HB  
i everything looks A ok! 
Update
Houston, we have (and heard) a heartbeat!
The baby looks great, measuring a few days behind 7 weeks but my cycles are 33days so I expected that. We did see a SC hematoma which my OB assures me is very common but he will follow it.
And that is where the excellent news ends  Unfortunately, we knew this was going to be a rocky road. When I delivered by son in 5/10, antibodies were discovered in my blood work, antibodies that werent there in the very beginning of my pregnancy.
Basically, my husband has an antigen in his blood called big E. He is big E positive, I am big E negative. My son was positive like my husband so towards the end of my pregnancy I began creating antibodies towards my sons blood - in essence, destroying his red blood cells. It wasn't a huge deal because my body was slow to react, my son was OK.
This time around, I am sensitized from my previous pregnancy. The antibodies already exist. This could be a game changer much earlier on IF this baby is big E positive. I will have to be followed very closely by a high risk OB, likely have an amnio and it could come down to umbilical transfusions or possibly early delivery. We hope this is all worst case scenario. We will take it one day at a time. Right now, the baby looks great so we press on!
Keep this nugget in your thoughts! I hope this little one is big E negative and none of this will be a concern   Back to the OB in 10 days. Meanwhile, LOADS of bloodwork and an appointment with the high risk OB.
