first sono tomorrow!****UPDATED *****
Do I eat or drink before? Do I not? Do I go with full bladder do I not? First time so I.am anxious yet excited! Hope I see my little yolk sac at the very least. Not sure what to expect!
As a general rule I never ate before any of my bloodwork. Not sure if that was correct or not. Never asked. Any tips are appreciated! Sorry lots if questions from me this week!
***UPDATE***
went in hoping to see a yolk sac and we sure did!! Not only did we see one yolk sac we saw TWO! !!! I started to cry! I can't believe I have to beans inside me! Go back next week for heartbeats!! DH and I are overjoyed! Please keep sending prayers these two beans stick and grow. Right now they are both good sizes. Almost equal. Will try to post pic!!

My dr asked for a full bladder at the first sono (for 8 weeks) as they did an abdominal sono, had me go pee and then did a transvaginal. Every office is different- give them a ring to double check!! Good luck!! :)

You are so early that it will be a transvaginal ultrasound definitely. You do not need a full bladder for that, only for the abdominal ones. They will probably offer you to use the restroom when they bring you in.

how far along are you? I have my first one tomorrow also, but since I'm only 6wks I'm just HOPING & PRAYING that i see something. With DD I had gone to my first at 8wks and saw her full little body & heart heartbeat. With that, I did not need a full bladder, but I believe I did need to do a pee test upon arrival. So for me, I'll be drinking some water on my way and if they DON'T need my full bladder then I'll just use their bathroom for my own personal reasons. lol. It's not as though I don't have to pee every 20 minutes nowadays anyhow.  There's more than enough waiting time when you get there, so don't worry about it. But you can always call ahead of time if you need to.
Good luck tomorrow! I hope we both have very good appointments!!

Thanks everyone! I am 5WK3D tomorrow. Although one calendar said 6 wks but I dont think so. Just praying it goes well tomorrow and we see a yolk sac. I POAS yesterday to make sure I was still pregnant! Lol obsess much?!

WOW!! Do you have twins in your family at all? That's so cool. I'm glad the appt went well. Mine's later today. This waiting thing is no fun. lol.
