First response fertility test????
I was in Rite Aid today and came across this First Response fertility test. Apparently it tells you if you are able to get pregnant. Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone tried it?

I have a few that came with HPTs. I wouldnt buy it though.
On a weird side note- I thought it was a crock- so I had DH test. Apparantely he is not very fertile. HAHA

Ha, I actually already purchased it  Only 8 dollars though where as in Rite Aid it was $25! Thats funny that you made DH test..I prob. would of done the same thing.

I just bought this recently from Amazon.com. I think you're supposed to test on CD3. It's supposed to tell you your egg quality.

I definitely don't recommend it. I only took it because it came in the box of HPTs.
It supposedly tests your FSH level. I took the test the morning of CD3 and it came back as elevated FSH, which is not good.
The same day, I had an appt with my Dr. and because I was so upset over this stupid test, he ran a full ovarian reserve panel and it came back as "good". My FSH level also came back as 6, which is normal.
So not worth the stress.

I took it because it came in a box of HPT's. It don't know how accurate it is. Came back fine for me.

all it does is test FSH. to be honest a vast majority of women under 35 test perfect for FSH and can still have MAJOR fertility issues. for example, i have PCOS and dont ovulate on my own, yet my FSH is perfect. so the test is not even remotely foolproof. ive never used it but i def wouldnt recommend it since it only tells one side of a very complex multifaceted story.
