First IUI- Failed
Dr B called me on Friday night to give me the bad news about my blood test. I have to wait till AF comes (I was on progesterone suppositories) and then call him to come in for another visit.
Question: how long does it usually take for AF to come after stopping progesterone? af was due last wednesday.

Sorry to hear this...I have been in your shoes, so I understand the disappointment. After stopping the progesterone, AF comes for me usually by the next day or two. What has helped me deal with the disappointment is knowing that as soon as AF comes, we are all set to try again. Hope next month brings a BFP for you.

For me, AF always came on the 3rd day after stopping.
So if I stopped on Thursday... AF would come on Monday (if I'm remembering correctly)

I'm so sorry...please try not to be too discouraged b/c with IUI's it's very common to have success after a few tries. You WILL get there

Usually it takes a day or 2 for AF to come after coming off of the suppositories
