First Cycle - Need tips

So this is the first cycle I am really TTC. I am temping, but I need some tips.

Fertility Friend based on my average 35 day cycle is estimating O at CD21. So when should we start with some frequency?

Also how much frequency do you ladies think? DH travels for work every week so this is going to be tough.

I am no expert, but i think you need to be monitoring with a home ovulation kit. to see exactly when you do ovulate. My acupuncturist told me as soon as i got the surge on the home kit- every night. good luck..

Yes, I'm temping for my O day... but I thought your O was your peak day and that your supposed to be doing the in the days leading up to it. But obviously you don't know what days are leading up to it for sure until you get it. So want to know what days the girls suggest I start the at a regular frequency.

well sperm can live up to 72 hours, an egg lives up to 24 hours...

So I would think about days 17 to be safe till about day 23 would be your best bet? And I don't think there's any harm in doing it every day (as long as your DH is good and healthy) but if that's not possible, every other day is usually sufficient. There are people on here that would know better than I do though.

My cycle is about 31 days, and I am guessing I O somwhere between day 15-18. (This is just a guess based on FF and EWCM- I haven't been using monitors or OPKS or anything.) This is the first officially TTC cycle for us too so I am thinking we will be "stepping things up" around day 12-20 or so.

temping is better than an opk fo ru will know exact ovulation..

cycle can varyas well as your ovulation day..

using temping an opk i would just every other day as much as u can and either around cd19 or whenever u get the positive for a few days straight
