finished basements
For those of you who have recently re-done their basements, what did it cost you?? This is going to be hopefully our next project and I was curious to see what everyone has paid. Thanks so much for your help.

Just under 10,000... ours is pretty basic... one big room and then one smaller room, a separate laundry room and a separate room for the boiler...
eta ours was 780 feet

depends on the size of your basement but Id say with labor and materials 18-22k is average.

My friend just completed her basement and without a bathroom it was about $20K.
