Finally.... after 60 days
AF showed up. I have an appointment with my GYN to discuss what we can do to regulate her...... I'm so bent...

This has been happening since I went off of the pill in March. I can't keep trying with 60 day cycles... I'm asking my GYN for some better options because this is definitely not working.

I think you are doing the right thing!!! For me, I was pretty regular since coming off the pill in March...Last month was a little freaky for me!!!

I've been having the same problem. My doctor put me on Prometrium to bring on AF. Then I started accupuncture to help. I didn't like needing medication to bring it on - I feel like my body should be able to do it itself. So, I'm doing accupuncture now and changed my diet according to the accupuncturists recommendation. One of her suggestions was to drink Yogi brand Mother to Be tea, because it promotes blood flow to the uteris. Also, to eat more eggplant, squash, pumpkin, lentils, barley, no red meat, no pork, no veal, water with lemon or ginger, no cold drinks like juice or soda, no coffee, etc. there is a lot more but this is a good starting point. I don't mean to scare you, but...have you been tested for PCOS? This same thing happened to me--I had been on the pill for 8 years, and when I went off, my cycles gradually worked their way up to 70 days. I went for a sonogram, and they confirmed that I was not o'ing at all, and that excess hormones were prolonging my cycle.
Again, not to scare you--but it was the girls on the IF board that prompted me to have it checked out. Best of luck to you!!

Thanks Beth. I'm actually going to my GYN on Tuesday to get some answers. I was thinking PCOS also. I'll keep you all posted..... the saga continues.
