I alternate between motrin and tylenol. I usually take him to the doctor right away if he has a fever.

Motrin and if it's really high I alternate Motrin and Tylenol. I bring them in after they have a fever for 3 days. Right now both my kids have Coxsackie and I know that's what it is so I don't plan on bringing them. Nothing they can do.

Fever. What's your procedure?
We don't give anything. Just keep the kids cool and comfty. A fever is good, it helps kill whatever your LO is fighting. When my DD had Roseola she spike a fever of 104. We just kept her cool and hydrated.
